Every detail was very good, particularly location and staff, overall I loved this hotel. There were exceptionally comfortable beds and a microwave oven, climate control and an individual safe inside the room.

I stayed here 2 nights and I loved it. Everything was perfect, nevertheless a few employees were not very friendly. The location was stunning, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a grand neoclassical palace. The breakfast was satisfactory and hearty, with lots of meals.

Reasonable base for 1 night. The breakfast was exceptional, with perfect staff and a great selection of food. I loved having an individual safe, an iron and an electronic key card. Facilities were good too.

Top location; extremely helpful staff. They made my stay enjoyable. I loved friendly reception. I really used free WiFi throughout the property. Nearby a bus stop, easy walk to the shops and the markets.

Hotel is deluxe and location is marvellous. Rooms are big with a dishwasher, a heating system and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Only 10 minutes walk from Toulouse centre
